First pregnancy and working out
So I know 0 about pregnancy. I know the general recommendation is keeping heart heart around 140 when active but I’m a runner and when I run it’s around 150. Is that too high?
I’ve been feeling nauseous (7 week) and my boobs are soooo sore! The only time I don’t feel nauseous is when I’m working out. I feel so much better after- I would hate to quit. Any thoughts ??
