so I’m 11w4d. I was making food and reached to the very top shelf, it was pretty high up and I had to stand on my toes to reach it. I didn’t think about it until after but since then ive had some pains in my belly area. Some cramps too which I’m worried about. I’ve heard the old wives tales but I’m worried that it could be an actual concern. I won’t be doing that again but obviously I already did. should I be worried? I have an appointment on April 4th, should I wait until then and ask about it? sorry I’m not trying to sound ridiculous but it hurt so I’m worried
