Yoga??

I’ve always been interested in yoga but now I’m 23wks pregnant 😂😂 I want to start going to our local class but I didn’t know if any of you ladies have any experience or advice to share good or bad? Is prenatal yoga different from just a beginners yoga class? Is it bad to start doing for the first time during pregnancy? I just want a low-impact workout and a way to reduce my stress and work on breathing so yoga feels like the way to go.
