6 pounds lost!

I’ve lost 6 pounds this week just from drinking half of my body weight in ounces of water and tracking what I eat with the ‘My Fitness Pal’ app. I cut out any other liquid besides water (and my morning cup of coffee), it’s has helped a ton because I used to drink a lot of my calories. And the app is mostly helpful keeping me accountable because if I’m about to make a bad food decision, I have to enter it in to my tracker and feel and see the guilt😅 I also love to track my macros and make sure I’m eating healthy carbs, fats, and proteins! Anyways! 6 lbs down, 75 lbs to go!
