drinks to stay hydrated during pregnancy?

so obviously water is #1, but does anyone have any suggestions? I just have a hard time drinking water right now

I put lemon and lime in a bottle over night and its good the next day. I also like strawberry and raspberry together. Only way ill drink water

Dry drinking half water half juice.. just make sure is unsweetened or the most healthy ones you.. propel water is also really good.. and bai is also a good choice..

I found that Gatorade was helping a lot but wasn’t the best for me but thought maybe the electrolytes were helpful...I’ve been eating watermelon non stop the past week because I’ve been craving it and just found out the other day that watermelon has electrolytes too and seems way more hydrating for me than just plain water!

I actually had this convo with my doctor yesterday. She said Gatorade is safe , as long as I try to drink 1 bottle of water in the span of 2 hours ( also makes me sick ) and she said cranberry juice is excellent and also helps prevent any Uti and vitamin water as well. Or try half a half of water mixed with half juice ( low shugar )

Sparkling water is my favourite. It has no sugar or salt but it has flavour and carbonation which keeps it from getting boring.
