So I'm on my final day of my period and I've been super foggy brained today ( I even left my purse at work and had to go back and get it). And then I tried to watch a movie but my vision was more blurry than usual.

Is this a hormonal side effect? Has anyone ever had this happen due to period hormones?

I'm only 29 and I'm def not pregnant so I'm just trying to figure out if this is period related or something else.
