Extremely Bloated
Hello I need help any home remedies for bloating, I'm extremely bloated since yesterday I started spotting on Wednesday but not heavily I'm on birth control patch I don't know if that makes a difference but when I push my sides there very painful,I've never been this bloated and took a miralax and probiotics supplement I'm so miserable please help?
