Alright guys, SO. I’m 38 weeks, almost 39, and I’ve been having period like cramps followed by Braxton Hicks for the last few days. While they’ve been somewhat inconsistent they’ve been getting more painful, (tmi) today I lost my mucus plug. I have a feeling labor will fully kick in in the next few days here but obviously you never really know🤷🏻‍♀️ How long after losing your mucus plug did you actually go into labor? Also, what can I do to help things along?
