When was your 1st trimester fatigue at its worst?

I’m dying at 9 weeks! Can’t do anything without needing a long nap.

I didn’t really have bad first trimester fatigue. Probably when I first found out and stopped drinking coffee. The WORST fatigue is now in my 3rd trimester. I’m 31 weeks.

B complex vitamins can help with fatigue (ask a doctor).  Ice cold water helps for a kick start as well. Stretching daily and going for a small walk every few hours (like a lap around the house) can help keep you awake through the day. But honestly I just sleep alot more. 1st trimester I was in bed by 7. Now in 2nd I am in bed by 9.

the first 2 weeks you aren't pregnant. the second two weeks you may not have even implanted yet based upon when you ovulated and the length of time to implant luv.
ordinarily the morning sickness kicks in at 6am

I’m 17w tomorrow and still have bad fatigue/ exhaustion. Though this is #2 so growing a baby and keeping up with a toddler makes it seem 10x worse for sure
