help me please

i think my water just broke but being a ftm i have no clue. it keeps trickling out but it’s slimy and clear but with parts of my mucus plug. i’m 39 weeks exactly . i’m wearing a pad but it’s super absorbent and there’s not much liquid coming out just a constant trickle.
