Help ?

Im worried. I took an emergency contraceptive pill a week ago but started lightly bleeding today (spotting reddish brown) with abdominal pain . It’s not like a normal period. Is this a bad sign? Or is it common for this to happened ? 
(I also had my period  2 weeks ago and shouldn’t have it until April 21)

Plan B and the like can greatly disturb your normal cycle. It can take a few months for it to regulate again. xx

I agree with the girl who also commented. I️t disturbs your cycle. I took the pill a few days before my actual period, so my period was delayed by a week. I️t was the longest period I’ve had, usually it’s about 4 days for me, but I️t lasted me a week. Plus I ended up spotting. The pill made me nauseous and gave me sort of a cramping feeling in my abdominal area. I’m assuming it’s the side effect of the pill and the fact that My period was delayed and all the other symptoms that come with I️t.
