9 days of high fertility on opk but i feel like I may have already ovulated this cycle and it didn’t pick up on the peak...I’m using clear blue advanced. On CD 23 and having irregular cycles since stopping BCP on 12/19.

Also, I have been stressed lately. Coming off of a certain medication that has extreme withdrawals. I’ve lost a few pounds. This could be impacting my cycle as well. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wondering if I should continue testing this cycle or just pick up on the next one?
