What are the best teas to drink in early pregnancy ?

Be careful of pregnancy teas, as a lot of them contain herbs (including raspberry leaf tea) that shouldn’t be taken until 35+ weeks. 
You can have decaf black tea, or small amounts of normal black tea. Peppermint tea is fine too. And so is ginger. 
Just make sure you research them before you drink them. As a lot of herbal teas aren’t recommended or don’t have enough research on them and the effects on baby.

I love peppermint tea it has a calm effect. There’s also pregnancy tea which would be at Walmart or a health food store that sells herbs and such.
