Mom Crisis

Okay so I recently got on birth control through my school clinic “just in case” and to help with acne and period cramps. It’s confidential and I don’t want my mom to know because she will get mad and think I’m having sex. But she wants to take me to put me on birth control through our regular clinic. What do I do? I’m already on it but I don’t wanna tell her plus I have the patch and she’s gonna want me to get the implant which I don’t want!
