I don’t think ive ever had one before and last night my husband and I were intimate and my whole body was tense and I was twitching but he says I was holding back my O
What am I doing wrong? How do I let go?

Don’t hold your breath when you start climaxing. I consciously take deep breaths and always have the best orgasms when I remember to let breath into all parts of my body.

You're not doing anything wrong. It will come naturally, you can't just force it. Try practicing on yourself
