Reputable tattoo places in Arkansas?
Alright so, I am a minor and I live in Texas but for my 16th birthday my parents are going to let me get a tattoo! In Texas it is illegal for minors to get tattoos even with consent from parents, my mom looked it up and saw that Arkansas will let minors get tattoos with consent, so I’m looking for a reputable place to get mine. What are your recommendations for y’all in Arkansas?
