left a tampon in

can anyone reassure me?

I put a tampon in before I went to bed around midnight last night, along with a pad. I woke up in the morning and sorted myself out. I went to the toilet at 1:30 this afternoon and removed my tampon, only to find there was another one! I must've forgotten to remove it this morning, meaning it was in for around 13 hours. I'm so terrified of toxic shock syndrome, what do you think are the chances of it? I'm panicking because my legs feel weak and I'm tired - but thats probably just because I'm overtired!
