How do you relax while pregnant?

I have a 1 year old and am 4 months pregnant— how do other people try to relax? I feel like I’m always on the go and forget to take time to breathe! Ugh

When my daughter first wakes up (we wake up at the same time), I get up feed her, change her diaper, and grab her toys. I put on one of her favorite movies and put her back in her crib with her toys. She plays in there for the first hour or so of our day. It gives me the time I desperately need to clean up, take my shower or just slowly wake up. I'm 20 weeks and have placenta previa. I'm constantly exhausted. That hour in the morning has changed the way my day/week go.

I have a 22 month old and I'm 25 weeks pregnant. when she's just pestering me I say let's go for a walk and either hold her hand and we go out for a slow half mile to mile long walk or pop her in the stroller or carrier and go for a 2-3 mile walk. gets us both to calm down and relax a bit. reading is another relaxer for me.

personally I don't Lol my LO is 11 months, and I'm 3 months pregnant trying to find the time to relax just doesn't happen
