pcos question

can you have pcos but have a normal cycle? I'm not sure I'm ovulating and I have small cysts on both ovaries and found that out when i had my m/c at the hospital yet my check up appt with my obgyn didn't even mention the cysts at all. pcos runs in my family as well and there's been a 5yr gap between both my pregnancies and both ended in m/c
