12 month sleep regression?

Happy birthday to all the April
Babies! Mine just turned 1 today 😭 Anyone else’s baby going through a 12 month sleep regression where it effecting naps and overnight sleep? I’d love to hear your story and how your managing it.

ohhhh yeah! hahaha my babe woke up last night crawling around in bed. She wouldn’t fall back to sleep until I rocked her. I laid her back down in bed and woke up this morning with her head at the bottom of the bed lol! (We’re co-sleeping yet)  this mama is running on coffee today, that’s for sure.
