Poop question!

so obviously something is irritating my poor girl. went to a baby shower yesterday and she ate there. the rest of the afternoon she had watery poops and blowouts. still going on today. I think she's had roughly 12 watery poops in 24 hours (there was one that was okay ish). it smells sweet???? she's been drinking water, drinking little formula (normally a good drinker but not finishing her bottles) but has no fever and has been playing and crawling around. her poor butt is raw right now so we've been creaming her up.

is this toddlers diarrhea? something just running its course? I think I'm going to get her some Pedialyte and if she's like this tomorrow we will go to the doc... but a little concerned.
