Can you ovulate with hcg of 100

I am 95% sure I ovulated a few days ago but my hcg is 100. I had horrible ovulation pains (have them every month) and all the cm indicating ovulation. I just don’t know what else it could have been! I know this question is hard to answer as everyone has different experiences! Thanks.
