TMI Post (Implant)

I had the nexplanon implant put in around a month ago and since having it I have had what I thought was my regular period BUT it’s not the ‘normal pinky colour it used to be. Instead it’s almost black 🤷‍♀️ I don’t think think it’s an infection as it doesn’t really have an odour. Is this normal??
