Women's best. Does it work? Is it good?
I'm going back to the gym after a 1y 1/2 off. I'm not going to lie, I'm a little nervous and excited at the same time. I follow some fitness trainers on YouTube. which is where I'm getting inspo and guidance. But I also want to know what supplements and must haves before I hit the gym again. Any ideas? training schedules?
