Itchy Acnes With Implant

I've just gotten the Implant last month 11th of March. It hasn't even been a month & already I've got so many acnes.. Acnes on my forehead aren't itchy but the ones on my back are so damn itchy.. Has this ever happened to anyone? What cream did you use to stop it from itching..
