definitely twice a day. I test right when I wake up then later in the day a few hours before bed so I don’t miss my LH surge. Actually just yesterday I tested in the morning & my opk was negative but when I tested at night it was positive so if I would have only tested once a day I would have missed it so definitely do at least 2x a day.

I only did one per day around 10-11 am and it always worked for me

I took one in the morning but of course wouldn’t have intercourse til night time when my husband was outta work...4th baby in 5 years I always did my first morning pee...
