Could he still love me?

My boyfriend and I have known each other for years and have been dating for a year and a half. He asked me to move in around December and I spent thanksgiving with him and his family. I’ve had so many amazing opportunities because of him and when he asked me to move in, he made it so I wouldn’t have to pay any bills. But he cheats. He cheated on me awhile back but I went back to him. A couple months ago, I received messages from someone else basically showing him trying to meet up with another girl. He said that she was just trying to start drama and I believed him. He said he would never talk to her again but I think he still does. He’s very secretive with his phone and wouldn’t even tell me what her real name was. I know if I ask he’ll lie but I don’t know what else to do.
