Is this a bad tattoo/ do I need to get it covered up?

I got this tattoo about two years ago and at first I loved it but now I’m starting to notice the terrible work of it and idk if I want to cover it up and get something new or if I can try to get it fixed.

I wondered what it was but yes I think easy to get a cover up with some flowers maybe, something with some colour would look pretty 🙂 x

Too be honest, when I first looked at it I thought it was an A with some sort of swirl design with it. Once I read it was a butterfly I could see it. 
If you’re unhappy with it you should cover it up, but if you like it you should keep it and maybe just get it touched up by another artist to fix the lines. :) it really doesn’t matter what other people think of it as long as you like it!

I can't tell what it is exactly but the lines are deffinitly off and it's not even lines. Looks like an easy cover up since it's not huge spots of black and looks small.

If you love it why not get it touched up? Get the lines worked on a bit. Unless you’re wanting to cover it up which that shouldn’t be a problem just depends on what you wanna get.

I zoomed in on it, & yeah... I would get it covered up. 
A lot of people are happy with bad work at first, because their endorphins are on full blast from getting it. But there are a lot of faded then thick pieces (& not just in the design). The easy route would be a statement flower but the coverup be in the leaves. But I think this would be generally easy to cover with whatever you decide
