How do you care for a nose piercing?

I'm planning on getting one and I want to know how to properly care for it from people who've got them and had them heal nicely?

Clean them 2-3x a day with soap & water (inside & out) basically you use a q tip & dial soap, lather it up with soap after wetting it & clean around the piercing & then repeat the same process with just water & then a dry one so your nose isn't wet😂 it should take about 3-4 mo to heal completely. I didn’t really clean mine except for when I was showering with soap and water. I bought this saline spray at the piercing place but I only kept that up for like 2 days lol

I got my nose pierced about four months ago and I love it! It hurts for a couple of days but after that it’s no biggie. It can come out super easily though, mine was an L-shaped stud and I accidentally wiped my face with a towel and took me forever to find it haha. But I used orange dial soap to clean around it and inside my nose, and occasionally used a saline solution. Use non-iodized salt if you’re going to use saline. It won’t take super long to heal, just make sure to take care of it! Best of luck to you love. ❤️

I bought the cleaner from the piercer which was sea salt, witch hazel, sea cucumber and something else I think and it has healed beautifully. I’ve had it since September 9th 2017.
