Gluten-free bakers! I tried the lemon poppyseed bread loaf recipe from Tasty videos (Buzzfeed) over Easter weekend. Something is off about the recipe. OR I can’t seem to get the oatmeal flour to fold into the wet ingredients well enough. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Have any of you tried to make it? Mine came out way too dense. I know a lot of GF products are, but just wanted to see if any of you ladies have been successful in making it. If you have any other great tried & true GF baking recipes — please share! 💖
