long ass period

hi all... so about 2 months ago I gave birth to my gorgeous baby girl.. I didn't really bleed for 6 weeks mostly only for the 1zt 2 weeks then very light spotting up until about 4.5weeks.. then just after about 5 weeks I started my period.. at first is was a bit of spotting then it was light for about a week and now I'm bleeding like a river... it's been just over 2 weeks and I am on the injection... any advice ?? I'm constantly worried about messing and have to change atleast every 1.5hours.. sometimes every 45minutes.. I'm so sick of feeling dirty and stressing about this menstruation b.s....
