The hardest thing for me is to continue to eat enough and stay hydrated. I do HIIT 2-4 times a week and yoga on my non-gym days. Keeping weights lighter as you progress and protect the bump!

Everyone told me to get as much sleep as I could during my third trimester and I didn’t give it much thought, but after I had my sweet baby boy I hardly got any sleep and wished i would’ve listened to their advice! Enjoy each day and spend time with friends, family, and your SO before your little bundle of joy gets here!
