The hardest thing for me is to continue to eat enough and stay hydrated. I do HIIT 2-4 times a week and yoga on my non-gym days. Keeping weights lighter as you progress and protect the bump!Lookin’ good!

Everyone told me to get as much sleep as I could during my third trimester and I didn’t give it much thought, but after I had my sweet baby boy I hardly got any sleep and wished i would’ve listened to their advice! Enjoy each day and spend time with friends, family, and your SO before your little bundle of joy gets here!

Oh girl i don’t sleep 😂 not with a 2 year old running around all over. I wish! Definitely lost all my friends once he was born but that’s okay it seems like every female does sadly.... I’m just trying to keep myself in shape this pregnancy because we are hoping to become pregnant again shortly after 🙌🏼🤗🤗🤗🙌🏼 My first pregnancy I was really lazy and it killed my back for 6 months postpartum but this time I’m hoping for better results 🤭🙃
