I need some advice...

So. I’ve been working out twice a day, 5 days a week. I’m very, very consistent with my workout schedule. My biggest issue is food. I’m so bad at what to eat, and what not to eat, and I know dieting is very very important.

What do you eat for snacks through out the day? I become hungrier because of how much calories I burn, so I need healthy snack ideas for when I’m at work.

What do you eat for lunch at work? I’ve been staying away from fast food. But I need some ideas for quick and easy lunches that aren’t going to make me regret eating them.

Lastly dinner. What do you make? What are some of your favorite things to cook after a workout?
