Blood clot?

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and have been getting frequent nose bleeds, but today it was worse than usual then this came out! Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm not sure what to do, but I'm a bit scared

I had a lot of nose bleeds during pregnancy but never ever anything like!! Call your doctor please!

woah! That came outta your nose? I get frequent nose bleeds with small clots but nothing that big. Call your Dr asap. that's not normal!

Call a doctor asap. I've had bloody noses lately too while pregnant but nothing like that.
