Tightened tummy

Im 28 weeks, and sometimes i have tightened tummy

I have heard that this happen when the baby change the position, but my OB gave me to take some pills because of this! And said, the tummy need to stay more relaxed. Lol i don’t really know if he is right... because its look like something strange..
