My DH throws dryer lint and empties the vacuum off of our front porch. This is his standard behavior. Our front porch is above my flower garden, so it rains and mats into the mulch and basically looks like dead animals laying everywhere. I clean it up, a nasty mess of lint, cat and dog hair and god knows what else catches in the nest of shit being outside.

Sometimes I find new piles and he denies it saying they’re old piles. So I watched him do it this morning and said I don’t want to fight, but I asked you not to do that. Please stop. Rather than just own up to being caught he lashed out listing all the things I do wrong when it comes to maintaining our home.

I do most of the laundry, and do multiple loads at a time so sometimes I just put the lint on top of the dryer bc I’m reloading the dryer and folding and I just FORGET. I think intentionally throwing it somewhere I will have to clean it up after it’s become gross is so much worse.

Dumbest fight ever, but just WHY???? Who litters on their own property? He claims it’s biodegradable, but large clumps of lint and hair do not BIODEGRADE, not in the next decade at least.

Granted I’m super hormonal and on fertility meds but WTF is his problem?
