I lost 118lbs to be able to conceive. 312lbs to 194lbs. It definitely helped because I was successful on my first round of letrozole

my heaviest was around 160-170 lbs...i started back tracking calories w/MFP (MyFitnessPal) & LoseIt also walking & doing yoga again 3-5 time a wk....I'm currently 147 lbs & my goal is 135 lbs for a healthy BMI (body mass index) & 125 lbs for a healthy BF (body fat)...I'm doing this weight loss journey for myself so I'll not have complications during pregnancy when i do conceive
