I wouldn’t recommend weight loss pills. I noticed my weight was due to bad  acting habits to I did a keto diet low carb high fat diet. You loose a lot of weight just weigh yourself wen you start and take pictures and weigh again after a month and thank me later.

I took some pills my doctor recommended and I only took it two weeks to control hunger once I had that done I keep my diet but without pills

I used Contrave  (prescribed by doctor) and it cut back on my appetite and impulse eating. I lost 40 lbs on it... but since stopping have gained it back.
