Is 3oz too much?

I’m new to breastfeeding, is 3oz too much for a 2week old per feeding?

Just be sure to pace feed. 
In the first month, my breastfed daughter was drinking 1.5oz - 2oz max every 3 hours.

That sounds about right... their tummies are still pretty small at that age.

My daughter downed 2 oz of formula her very first feeding. The nurse standing there said to try to get her to drink at least an ounf and I stopped her at 1 and a little bit and she said if she's still hungry she could continue eating. She also gained weight before leaving the hospital instead of the normal losing it.

Is 3oz too much?
