good hamburgers or cheese burgers?

Some things don’t need anything extra special. I think a hamburger/cheese burger with caramelized onion, island sauce, and lettuce on a toasted bun is perfect.

My mom adds worstechire sauce( my phone won't even help me. I misspelled it so bad 😂) to the meat along with your average spices. They are pretty good.

then i add some combination of tomatoes, bacon, caramelized onions, lettuce, or fried mushrooms. always bacon and cheese though! and I do mayo and BBQ sauce for the sauces

I add tomato sauce to the meat before I form the burgers. Makes them stick together better than any bread/egg combo I've ever tried. PLUS..it makes them so soft and juicy!!! YUMMMY.

I use a couple different things. sometimes I will get beef broth concentrate from the store in a squeeze tube and add a couple table spoons to a lb of burger, then I add a small amount of salt and pepper, sometimes throw in crumbled baccon and shredded cheese. other times I add 2 or three tablespoons of mayonnaise to a lb of burger with a bit of dill weed, a sprinkle of garlic powder or a couple spoons of minced garlic, a dash of salt and I'll add a couple tablespoons of dry red wine if I have any. using the broth concentrate or the Mayo and wine seems to help keep my burgers super moist at Home. if you add Mayo be warned: Mayo does contain vinegar in the mix and it will briefly change the color of your burger slightly while it is raw. it's the vinegar in the mayo that does this. there's nothing wrong with it and they come out nice.

If you're using a pan or flat top to cook them, make bacon and use the grease to cook the burgers. And I know this sounds weird but sometimes I put a bit of tomato paste into the meat. When you salt and pepper it tomatoes+salt makes natural msg which makes it taste meatier and more flavorful. And use grass fed beef if you can, taste difference between that and corn fed beef is serious.
