Pain while sleeping
For some reason I am in so much pain when I sleep. My hip and thighs/legs hurt SO bad that I cannot sleep or that I am constantly rolling. I have tried pillows between my legs, a pillow behind my back, a pregnancy pillow, keeping legs bent, sleeping on my back with legs propped, etc. nothing works.
We recently bought a $900 mattress and it’s extremely comfortable and has never caused problems. (By recently I mean within the last year) and for 7 months of that it was barely slept it so it’s completely new. My problems started about 2 months ago and have been getting worse night by night.
I need advice on how to stop this 😩😩
