Breast pain with IUD?

Ok so, I have the Liletta IUD which I was told is similar to mirena. I got it put in four weeks ago, and I didn’t have sex for a week after just to be extra safe. Lately my breasts have been super duper sore like they only ever get like that when I’ve been pregnant...And I’ve also been nauseous in the mornings. Just wondering if this is normal with the iud, I know the chance of pregnancy is .01%, but these symptoms freak me out a little!
