How do u go to work with morning sickness??

I had pills from my doctor. If I didn't take them, I wouldn't make it. 
Try some ginger tea, ginger mints, ginger chews, peppermint gum, ginger and peppermint oils.... Those can help settle you as well.

It’s a struggle. My doctor prescribed a couple of things - Zofran (which I find doesn’t work too well for me), and Restavit (doxylamine succinate) which is actually for sleeping but if I take it the night before work I can get through the next day without being sick. 
Apart from that, it sometimes helps if you can throw up before leaving the house as you might be able to make it to work at lest before feeling that bad again. I just keep snacking on crackers, ginger and preggie pop drops throughout the day.

I made it with a lot of support from my boss and my coworkers, I was so sick I realized it was better to tell them early on. A lot of ginger tea, peppermints, Gatorade, plenty of snacks and I'm lucky enough to get an hour lunch when I can lay down for a bit. I'm on week 18 now, still throwing up and they spoil me so much 😝

Zofran! But I also knew that I literally wouldn’t be able to survive without the paycheck was my motivation most days. Even when I didn’t eat for days, spent nights in the hospital hooked up to an IV, fainted at work from not eating or drinking anything, or had to pull over to throw up. I just went. Sometimes the distraction of work helped me out, drinking from straws really helped for whatever reason, even though I know it’s scary to eat when you’ve been so sick but eating anything that sounds good at the time to hopefully get some nutrients in your body. Sometimes having an empty tummy will upset your tummy more. I totally feel for you, wish no one had to go through what you and I went through for that precious baby.
