Is this thrush?  How can I get rid of it? And what causes It? Advice pleaseeee!  Should I take her to her doctors

That looks like thrush. She needs an antifungal medicine from the doctor. Take her in as soon as possible. My daughter had it and the medicine (nystatin) cleared it quickly. Other than that, be sure to sterilize/boil any bottles, nipples, and pacifiers. 
Be on the lookout for a diaper rash too because thrush can lead to a yeast diaper rash. Are you breastfeeding? Thrush can also be transferred to your nipples if you are.

Currently battling this myself but I’m lucky enough that baby doesn’t have the symptoms, just me! We struggled at the beginning finding a good latch & in turn, my nipples took the fall which allowed all that lovely yeast to make their way in all the way to my milk ducts. Breastfeeding was SO PAINFUL. I tried just about every home remedy, nystatin, & now finally I’m taking Diflucan & sewing results! It’s been a rough go with breastfeeding but it can definitely be fixed. Just get a jump on it now & follow all the tips from previous posters!

Definitely thrust. Get baby in ASAP! Nystatin will clear it up right away. My baby had it and it got to the point where he wouldn’t eat. It comes from moisture inside the mouth and can be transferred to your breast if your breastfeeding.

its thrush and perfectly normal. take baby to docs asap as can stop them feeding and is uncomfortable. theyll give u anti biotic drop.
