bubble feeling

has anyone else had this weird bubbley feeling around vag/cervix honestly dont know how to explain it other than it feels lik a queef but no actual queefing i know wat it feels lik wen baby kicks my cervix and this isnt it it almost feels lik air bubbles...should i be considered? sorry this is my first baby and dont have anyine else to ask and i dont see my midwife til next friday
