Took this test last night, waited about 2 minutes and didn’t really see anything but then a few hours later I went back and saw this...

I had this same thing happen to me at 13dpo with a FRER. I tested again the next day, and I had a similar line, but within the time limit. I’ve tested on internet cheapies and BFN. 
Today is 16dpo, still no AF or spotting. Internet cheapies are still BFN, and a First Response was BFN. It did had a barely-there line, but I can’t really be sure. It was lighter than the one at 14dpo. 
If I were you, I’d test again, and read the results within the 10 minute window. Good luck! Xx
