What time are you putting your LO to sleep?

My LO bedtime routine starts at 9:45 pm, and she’s in bed by 10:30pm. I feel as if it’s a bit too late

We typically start bedtime around 7:30 and in crib by 8.

We’ve got a really early bed to me for our kids. My 5 month old goes to be around 7pm and my older 2 year old is going to be around 6:40pm at the moment. He is dropping his nap at the moment so he cant make it till his usual 7pm bedtime. I am so happy to have both of them in bed early and have a few hours to myself in the evening.

I am a night owl and like to sleep in so we put her to bed late and sleep in

Whenever he goes to bed honestly, but its steady been 10-10:15. My 2 step kids are 11 & 13 they dont usually lay down till 11-11:30ish and thats when me and hubby go to bed too 💗

12. 🤦‍♀️ I’ve tried putting him to bed before then but as I’m rocking him to sleep or feeding him to see if he’ll sleep. He’ll laugh and ‘talk’ the whole time. I’ve tried keeping him awake all afternoon which he’s good at. But he still won’t sleep til 11:45 -12. 😩

Started putting my daughter down at 7 and now she wakes up at 6 to eat and goes back to sleep till 7:30 or 8.

My little lady used to stay up until about 10:30, too. In the past couple of weeks her bedtime has been naturally moving up and we usually have her in the crib between 8-9.

My son goes to bed at 8/8:10 but sometimes he goes down at 7 if he hasn’t napped well during the day
