Yesterday early in the morning me and my lover had sex many times. He came in me 4 different times and I have never been pregnant before. How long should I wait to take a pregnancy test? And what should I look out for?

I am beyond scared and my anxiety has been going out of the roof. I’m very anxious because he lives in Cleveland Ohio and I live in Warren Michigan.
