diahrrea a sign of a miscarriage?

so i had a pretty soft bm not exactly diahrrea but it wasnt my normal constipation im 6 weeks 1 day and i havent seen my doctor yet since im between insurance company's. but im scared this is a sign of impending miscarriage. ive had 2 miacarriages before this and im already wanting to just bawl my eyes out because my boobs arent sore anymore either. someone please tell me they had this and they were fine:(
