23 weeks and 5 days and gained 24lbs already!

Hi everyone, first time mom here. I had a healthy weight before pregnancy. Recently I have been worrying about my weight a lot. I did not track my weight frequently during the pregnancy and now I am concerned about it. My mom said I should cut on carbs but I’ve been craving rice and noodles lately. I have to be honest that I’ve been lazy and exercise a lot less since it has been so cold here in central NJ this year...I know that is just excuses. I feel bad now because I wouldn’t be able to stay in the range of a healthy weight gain (my target weight gain was 30lbs).

I will limit my carbs intake and stop drinking that avocado smoothie...I will also exercise more. Is there anyone else who is also worrying about the weight gain? How do you feel about this? Should I start eating chicken breast, steam vegetables and salad only? That will be sad for me. My doctor did not mention this topic to me during the last two visits.
